We struck gold choosing Uma for my friend's birthday, thanks to excellent Google reviews and timely availability. Our group of six easily secured a table, and upon arrival, we made the best decision: opting for the "Feed Me" menu. The "Feed Me" selection offered an incredible variety of dishes, bursting with robust flavors. I even tried sashimi for the first time and was completely won over! Our table also shared a 1.5 kg medium-rare steak, which was cooked to absolute perfection – we devoured it! While everyone had their favorite (like the cassava and buns), the octopus was the undeniable star dish for me. The service was truly excellent. The waiters timed our food and drink delivery perfectly, and everyone had a wide variety of drink options, with the waiter providing great recommendations. The hostess was also wonderful, seating us even before our reservation time. The restaurant's ambiance was a highlight too, offering a classy yet inviting dim-lit setting.
Flawless dining experience from the different food flavours, to delightful service and lovely ambience with muted tones. We went for the degustation menu on NYE so it was pricey but it didn’t disappoint.
What a way to spend an anniversary. Four courses... ten dishes... Each one more delectable than the last. My partner and I were in heaven, not only eating, but experiencing, each dish as they danced across our tastebuds. From caviar to oysters, tuna ceviche to the creamy barley risotto, all capped of with a breathtaking dessert. Simply amazing.

We had the set menu, it's the first time we had Peruvian food and it was amazeballs, lots of new flavors, pairing that were unexpected were surprisingly match perfectly and delicious. Waiters and waitresses were very attentive with service.
We enjoyed our experience here. The restaurant feels upmarket, but at the same time a bit rustic. We had an amazing aged pasture raised T-bone steak that was a bit pricey but well worth it. It was perfectly cooked, with great aging and char flavour that made it delicious. The sauces were good and generous, but too be honest the steak was so good we just asked for salt to enhance its flavour. We also had a couple of ceviches that were good. The fish itself was fresh and delicious, but some of the other elements in the dishes were a bit strong and overpowering. We felt they should be eaten separately. Service was helpful and friendly.
Absolutely impeccable dining experience! We enjoyed the pescatarian option of the set menu which took us on a journey through food. Each dish was packed with freshness and depth of flavour, the seafood was incredible fresh, tender and perfectly cured/cooked. The octopus is an absolute must try! The service was friendly and attentive and the restaurant was ambient. This was my third time dining at Uma and will definitely not be my last.
Fantastic experience at Uma. Food was delicious and staff were lovely and attentive. Ceviche fresco was stellar and so fresh, could not recommend more and the beef skewers, with smoked mash, omg!! Wine and cocktail list also fab. Pricey but definitely worth it
We had a wonderful experience at UMA. The food was of an international standard and the service was next level. It is very hard to find a good ceviche in Perth but UMA satisfies that itch. We did the chef's recommendation which had abiut nine dishes. All were carefully thought out and balanced. The wines that were paired suited the vibe. I highly recommend UMA and will certainly be back.
